Robinhood Launches 'SUI 101,' Paying Users $5 in SUI to Learn About Sui

Robinhood has launched "Welcome to SUI 101," an in-app learning campaign that pays eligible users $5 in SUI for spending a few minutes learning about the Sui network. The trading app announced the campaign on October 16.

How it works

Eligible users complete a short lesson about Sui inside the Robinhood app and receive $5 worth of SUI. Robinhood said rewards are available while supplies last, that the offer is not available in New York state, and that other terms apply. The company did not publish the size of the reward pool or an end date in its announcement.

Sui promoted the campaign from its official account the same day, inviting users to test their knowledge of Sui for the $5 reward.

Why it matters

Robinhood listed SUI for trading in 2025, putting the token in front of a retail audience that Sui has said prioritizes ease of use and trusted custodial infrastructure. A learn-and-earn campaign goes a step further: it pays users to learn what the network is before they ever buy it.

Learn-and-earn rewards are a common way exchanges introduce new users to an asset. For Sui, a placement inside one of the largest U.S. retail trading apps is distribution few networks get. Neither Robinhood nor Sui has said how many users the campaign is expected to reach.
